A small place filled with local patrons. Very nice and the ale was quite tasty. We took the advice of the hotel for a place to eat. We thought it was Italian and I suppose it was. But the dishes were so fancy they appear to have edged out any Italian character to the food. The staff hovered around us which was both nice and bad and the food was very unfamiliar which was nice and bad. Marian comes from a very Italian family and SHE wasn't familiar with a number of these dishes. Too grand for us. We regretted not eating at the pub.
